This is a professional training course which covers various aspects of corporate communication skills to help with training effective communication fundamentals.
Objective:
By attending this course, participants will have gained the skills necessary to communicate clearly and confidently, achieve objectives through effective communication, persuade and influence, and improve workplace relationships.
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for anyone who needs to enhance his/her professional relationship with others, and present clear, positive messages in the workplace. Appropriate both for business communications as well for use in personal situations.
Course date and duration
This is a 3-day course delivered by communication experts in the form of seminars and workshops. Dates are 13, 14 and 15 April 2020
Course outline
- Communication styles. Identifying and adopting required styles
- Successful Communication Essentials. Professional, Polite, Positive , Identifying and overcoming barriers to communication, characteristics of an excellent communicator
- Unspoken Communication. Active listening, body language, preparing for negotiations
- Organising information. Dealing with paper and electronic files, managing email
Certification
Upon completion of the programme, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Oxford International Collaboration Centre (OICC).
Accommodation
You may choose your accommodation from local hotels in Oxford. However, we have a limited number of accommodations onsite which you can book in advance. Some bedrooms are en-suite and some with shared bathrooms. They are all decorated to a high standard, and come with tea/coffee-making facilities plus free Wi-Fi access. Fees
The registration fee for a 3-day course is £240. Fees include course materials, refreshments, lunches and certification. The price does not include accommodation.
